VON Windsor-Essex Clinics Relocate
 

WHAT: VON Windsor-Essex has relocated two of its clinics.

1. The Chronic Pain Management and Referral Program; and the
2. Bilingual Clinic

WHEN: Effective immediately

WHERE: Both VON clinics are now located at 8424 Wyandotte Street East (located within the Valor Health Pharmacy)

WHO: At VON, we help people live in their homes and communities by delivering the caring support that they and their families need. Our clinics served a total of 747 clients last year and will continue to provide innovative clinical, personal and social support at our new clinic address by appointment only.
