SMART (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together) News Conference
SMART (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together) is a research and evidence based exercise and fall prevention program provided by VON Erie St. Clair to Rest and Retirement Homes under the direction of the ESC LHIN and the Ministry of Health. SMART is a 60 minute class facilitated by a certified senior fitness instructor who has been trained to the standards of VON and the Canadian Centre for Activity and Again, University of Western Ontario.
