The Telephone Assurance & Safety Checks Program is funded by the Ministry of Health and through private donations. These calls act as safety checks for clients to help eliminate the fears and isolation that some people experience when they live alone. These calls also support caregivers and/or family members who are worried about their loved ones safety. This program provides a sense of independence, wellbeing and an increased sense of security. No fee for service.

The Kids' Circle Program provides supportive care to children and teens aged 4 through 18 who are facing a life-threatening illness themselves, the life-threatening illness of a loved one or those experiencing the loss of a loved one. One-to-one support and group sessions are available. Due to COVID all sessions are provided virtually . Anyone can refer into this program. No fee for service. This program is funded by the United Way of Chatham-Kent.

Bereavement Support Groups
Volunteer Visiting is a support program which matches a volunteer with a senior who is isolated, lonely or could just use a friend. The client and volunteer meet on a one to one basis and visit in the client's home. These regular visits can include a telephone conversation, or enjoying activities outside the home. Due to COVID these sessions are being offered virtually . Anyone can refer into this program. No fee for service . This program is funded by the Erie St. Clair LHIN.
